The 6th Annual Fogarty Foundation Golf Invitational raised over $150,000

100 plus Golfers enjoyed the course at the exclusive Shelter Harbor Golf Club in Charlestown on Monday, June 3rd. Once again, the annual Fogarty Foundation Golf Invitational attracted a select group of supporters for this highly anticipated charity event. The sunny and breezy day made for a perfect round of golf, followed by dinner, awards and a silent auction. The auction featured donations of golf outings at the Fishers Island Club, National Golf Links of America, Wannamoisett Country Club, the Stanwich Club, Rhode Island Country Club, the Misquamicut Club, Newport Country Club and more. Fine Wines from the Peter Michael Winery in Sonoma and tickets to the Elton John Farewell Yellow Brick Road Tour were among the items auctioned off.

100% of the proceeds for the golf invitational go to support the mission of the John E. Fogarty Foundation for Persons with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). The Fogarty Foundations supports Rhode Island organizations that provide services to improve and enhance the quality of life for people with disabilities.
